Nevada ATA Hosts Fundraiser Bags Tournament

On November 14th the Nevada Athletic Trainers Association marked the inaugural Bags Tournament, (AKA Corn hole/long toss) NEV-ATA scholarship fundraiser at La Piazza, Las Vegas. What inspired you to become an athletic trainer? Chaz Kekipi, athletic trainer at Servite High School, stunned his now fiancé and fellow AT, Karen Zieger, with the surprise of a lifetime after their schools’ rival football game. UNLV Rebel Athletic Training Society at Work

On October 25th, Members of the UNLV Rebel Athletic Training Society (RATS) members were on site during the Las Vegas Cancer Awareness walk to ensure the route was clean and safe for the walkers and acted as first aid responders in case of an emergency.
