San Diego ATs kick off NATM

HATA President Saves 3 Lives with AED

Hawaii Athletic Trainer’s Association President Louise Inafuku used the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to help save three lives in the past two years. In May 2012, she assisted Director of Health Services of Iolani School, Shannon Yonamine, with a faculty member who collapsed in the infirmary. He was shocked once with the AED before EMS arrived. SDSU Future Athletic Trainers’ Society Host Red Cross Blood Drive

San Diego State University Future Athletic Trainers’ Society (FATS) hosted a Red Cross Blood Drive on the SDSU campus on February 27, 2014 from 10am-4pm. Their mission was to gather as many people as possible to donate, as well as donate ourselves.
