Nikkei Games Basketball Tournament Support Mark Ando & Ito Family Scholarship Fund

Each August the Nikkei Games Basketball Tournament donates to the FWATA Mark Ando & Ito Family Scholarship Fund for providing Athletic Training Services during the 2 day tournament. It is a 3-on-3 tournament with 450 teams for 6 year olds to adults. Local ATs volunteers were able to meet Girl Scout, Jennifer Liu. Girls on the Run Event at UNLV

In May, the Nevada Athletic Trainers’ Association (NEVATA) volunteered at a Girls on the Run Event at UNLV. EDAC Service Events at NATA

The Ethnic Diversity Advisory Committee had two very successful service events during the FWATA Annual Meeting and Clinical Symposium thanks to our wonderful volunteers. In collaboration with Be The Match, EDAC was able to recruit 30 new potential donors in person and another 30 online.
